House of Culture

The House of Culture was built between 1950 and 1959, with two auditoriums, rehearsal rooms and offices. Next to it is a bronze statue of writer and cartoonist Sándor Tomcsa by sculptor József Székely. The House of Culture is home to our town's theatre company, the Tomcsa Sándor Company, who dazzle audiences week after week with their extraordinary performances.
