Discounts for children

Our hotel awaits the youngest with child-friendly services: baby cot with bedding, baby bath, high chair available. Discounts for children when sharing a room with parents:
Discounts for groups

• Our group discounts apply for bookings of a minimum of 10 rooms or for 20 people.
• In case of group booking every 21. people stay free of charge in a double room with breakfast.
• For group bookings, please, request our quotation at marketing@kukullo.ro .

Supplements

• Extra bed with breakfast above age 12: 80% of the main bed
• Late check-out until 14:00: 10 EUR / room / hour * upon capacity
• Halfboard supplement: 15 EUR / person / occasion

Prices:

Our prices are subject to prior appointment and availability, except special periods and holidays.

Reservation:

Please make your booking in written. Our Hotel will confirm your reservation in written. The reservation fee is payable upon departure if otherwise is not stated.

Cancellation policy:

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
In case of cancellation withing 7 days prior to the arrival date, 30% cancellation fee is to be paid.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the arrival date or in case of no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the reservation.
The hotel will only accept cancellations in writing.

Prepayment, guarantee:

Cancellation and payment terms and conditions of each promotion may differ from the general ones. If it is necessary to guarantee a room reservation, please enter your credit card details or fulfill the required prepayment conditions. The confirmation will take effect if the requested deposit or credit card guarantee has been received by the date indicated in the confirmation.

• Credit card: Our hotel accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro
• Holiday Checks: Our hotel accepts the following types of holiday checks for accommodation and hospitality services: Sodexo Voucher de Vacanța, Up Chèque Vacances and Edenred Ticket Vacanța. Check your holiday voucher and redeem at Hotel Küküllő *** before the expiration date! Please note upon reservation that you would like to pay using "tichet de vacanță". After booking, send "tichet de vacanță" along with your booking ID to our mailing address. If the value of the "tichets" is higher than the value of the reservation, request additional services up to the value of the "tichets".

Special conditions of booking, payment and cancellation may apply for special promotions, special package deals. These terms will be published when each promotion is advertised.

Special conditions of booking, payment and cancellation may apply for group bookings. Group is specified as min. 10 rooms or min. 20 people in the same order.
